As for the financial evaluation in this situation, I solve all matters with the client individually and by mutual agreement.

Type of commission
My work is digital. You will receive a digital file suitable for printing. No physical piece will be made.
Payment

Payment should be in USD or EUR, but I'm open to more currency alternatives. Payment must be made via PayPal or bank transfer if you live in the area of Europe. I will send you an invoice.

Payment is made upfront for any commission equal to or below $200 USD.

For amounts greater than $200 USD, deposits are available.
Process

After payment is received, I'll be working on a sketch. Request changes are possible.

Size and format is A3, 300 dpi and I'm sending a default format JPG and PNG to client's e-mail. I can offer vector files as well.

Waiting and processing time is approximately 4-8 weeks. There is also a rush fee $17 USD if you don't want or may not to wait.
Use

Art is for PERSONAL USE only. You may not profit from the art, selling prints etc. unless you pay a license. The license fee depends on type and size of commission.

I'm allowed to distribute, using the commission for self-promotion and other purposes.

I will be so grateful for photo references of your pet or character. The more photos the better for me to portray your animal perfectly!

Also character description will be helpful.

Please let me know if some extras (collars, bandanas, others...) should be put in a drawing. Let me know about colors as well. If you want to add your pet's name in the artwork, please let me know as well.
